Yoni Poppin’ Pops helps to relieve yeast infections and BV within hours. Different from anything you've tried before, our suppositories are made from minerals found in sea water. Directions:
 
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before you take the capsule out of its package.
 
2. Gently insert one Yoni Pop as far as it can comfortably go into into your vagina using an applicator (included). It is best to insert Yoni Pops at night to make sure they stay in place.
 
3. Wear a panty liner is advised as you may experience some discharge. ***Never take by mouth ***
